Waiting is one of the places where faith gets real. It is easy to say, “I trust God,” when the answer has already arrived. It is easy to praise God when the door has opened, the money has come through, the diagnosis changed, the opportunity appeared, the relationship was restored, or the prayer was answered exactly the way we hoped.

A church can have a powerful vision, passionate leaders, gifted volunteers, and a heart for serving people, but without healthy systems, even a great ministry can become overwhelmed.

Leadership is more than carrying a title or overseeing responsibilities. True leadership is reflected in how we treat one another, especially those who have also been entrusted with leadership. Every healthy ministry, organization, business, and team thrives when its leaders operate with mutual respect, trust, accountability, and honor.
