I’m Dr. Leslie Gordon—a Christian Life Coach, educator, speaker, and founder of Just Les Ministries. My passion is helping people grow spiritually and discover their God-given identity and purpose through faith-based coaching and education. I believe that transformation begins with truth, and my mission is to guide individuals toward healing, clarity, and action through the Word of God.
As a Christian Life Coach, I walk alongside those navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and callings—providing support, accountability, and Spirit-led insight. My approach is rooted in biblical principles, prayer, and practical strategies to help you transition from being stuck to being surrendered, from feeling overwhelmed to finding purpose.
With over 15 years of experience in teaching and ministry, God has gifted me with the ability to simplify complex truths and make them applicable to everyday life. My journey—from desiring a quiet, behind-the-scenes role to stepping into bold leadership—has shaped how I support others who feel called but uncertain.
God has spoken to me through dreams, visions, and seasons of personal struggle—all of which fuel my passion for coaching and teaching. My background includes degrees in Early Childhood Education and a Doctorate in Christian Leadership, as well as certifications in community college instruction and autism spectrum disorders.
